Note to Self: Leaving one's portfolio in a state of disrepair while one is happily employed tends to backfire when one's employer becomes the target of an acquisition.

I have spent the last five years making my living in the banking industry, only using my design and programming skills for volunteer work and side projects. During the past year and a half, I have managed to use my database, SQL and VBA knowledge in my banking job, creating a relational Microsoft Access database for data tracking and reporting. Even more recently, I have rediscovered the joy of programming and problem-solving by tackling freelance web design projects.

If you need a designer with a programming background, or a programmer with a sense of design, I would love to get in touch with you. Please feel free to download my resume or e-mail me at diana@dianaschnuth.com.

I am available for full-time work in the Toledo area beginning October 1, 2007.
